What does Magic Susan actually do?

It gives each household member one place for the essentials they carry every day: keys, badge, gym fob, whatever matters for that routine. Before you leave, it checks what is ready and shows one reminder if something is missing.

What is the difference between free reservation and VIP?

Free gets you launch updates. VIP is the only way to guarantee the 47% early-bird discount ($199 instead of $379), first access, and finish priority. Fully refundable.

Does it work with multiple household members?

Yes. Up to five members, each with their own items, routines, and reminder settings.

Does it use a camera? What about privacy?

Yes. Magic Susan uses a fusion of sensors including cameras to recognize items in the tray. The front-facing camera is optional and has a physical privacy cover. Internal sensors face only the tray. Person recognition and location features are optional; basic reminders work without them.
